TOPICS: Stonewall Was A Riot Mutual Aid, Hate Crime Committed by NYC School Teacher, Violent Arrests at a Protest Outside Dirty Cop's Home, NYPD Dance Team Performance Goes Viral

The hosts bring you an episode full of hot recent events. First Dimez brings a final rundown on the Stonewall Was A Riot mutual aid actions at Tompkins Square Park. Then Dimez describes the hate crime committed against them en route to an action, and the subsequent SWAR actions to hold this TEACHER KKKaren accountable. You know SWAR gets it done!

Next is a discussion on the other recent protest actions the team has done to hold dirty cops accountable. As always, the NYPD responded with escalation and violence even throughout jail support, as well as targeted repression tactics. NYPD proceeded to roll out a laughable copaganda compaign to spin the action, including news segments and NYPD top brass having a conniption on twitter, for some reason.

This is a discussion that spans the web of accountability, COINTELPRO, and strategy.

This episode ends on a lighter note with the team having a laugh at the NYPD’s other recent attempt at copaganda - the NYPD dance team.

As Joe Biden visited New York City last week and was greeted with protests against his greenlighting of the genocide in Gaza, we discuss the NYPD’s protest policing tactics and how the election year factors into their change in strategy. We then transition to discussing the ramping up of right-wing vigilantism in the city, namely Curtis Silwa and his Guardian Angel thugs beating up a New Yorker during a live segment on Sean Hannity’s show for the crime of speaking Spanish. We touch on the news of 70 current and former NYCHA employees being charged with bribery as the Eric Adams administration continues to be plagued with scandal. We discuss Killer Mike’s arrest at the Grammy’s after winning 3 awards (including Best Rap Album) – the constant irony of Black art being overshadowed, and how revolutionary messages in art get co-opted. Finally, we discuss the importance of maintaining focus in the revolution, being purposeful with your demands, and avoiding burnout.

Relly and Myles recount their experiences at the courthouse this past week for the trial of the Cooler Killer Cop Erik Duran, and confronting the hundreds of cops who came out to support the man who murdered Eric Duprey over the summer. Then we discuss the white nationalist militia the Patriot Front playing dress up and marching in NYC this past week. We end with discussing Texas Governor Greg Abbott challenging Joe Biden on his border policies, with several Republican governors mobilizing state national guard units and setting up Civil War 2.0
