On this weekly episode, the habit of meditation is one of the most powerful things I’ve ever learned. Meditation has been shown to have mental benefits, such as improved focus, happiness, memory, self-control, academic performance. Some research on meditation has indicated that it may have other health benefits, including improved metabolism, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, and more. Most common gym routines focus on moderate-to-high repetition ranges, usually 8-15 reps, to increase the size of a muscle. This is a great workout standard and a wonderful foundation for one’s weight loss and body transformation journey. However, I would like to discuss the idea of lifting heavy for 5 to 8 repetitions, while extremely challenging, can increase muscle strength, size, and muscle definition. While also debunking the myth that women should not lift heavy, or they will create a man like body. Lastly forgiving our parents is a core task of adulthood, and one of the most crucial kinds of forgiveness.
