  • #156 Dr. Dan Mossell | Detachment From Outcomes
Todays guest is Dr.Dan Mossell, Dr.Dan is shaman chiropractor with a holistic healing philosophy
Dr.Dan is has been my personal Chiropractor, going on one year now and every time I work with him, I’m simply amazed at how this man reads the body, mind, and soul of his patients. Every time I work with Dr.Dan, I usually chat with him about my stuck emotional energy, situations in my life that put me into lower level vibrations. Truth of the matter is, every person has micro and macro traumas we are living with, and subconsciously plying out in our every day lives. We all know self care is important, exercise, meditation, hot/cold therapies, journaling, talk therapy, getting clear on your values, and from time to time, a physical and spiritual adjustment can put your human instrument back into a coherent state, where we can self heal.
In this podcast with dr dan we talk about letting go of our attachments in life, what it means to be a shaman and what the role of a shaman is, and we talk about several practical protocols to help you heal from within.

  • #155 Jessie Salas | Foundation Training
Todays guest, is Jessie Salas, Jessie is the program director for a method of fitness called Foundation training.
Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.
Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.
I met Jessie in Maui, at the MauiFit Convention in 2021. I met him in the XPT barrel sauna, and over heard him talking about several holistic health practices and quantum physics ideas that resonated strongly with me. Jessie is also a retired fire fighter, and after 17 years on the job, theres definitely a “burning” desire in him that wants to share some insight about how to train your nervous system, using some of these methods to not only help people on an individual level, but to advance the human species.
Jessie can be found all over the world coaching elite athletes and teaching everyone about FT.

  • #151 Maurizio Tangari | Flow Like Water, Creator of the HydroCore
My guest today is Maurizio Tangari Fitness coach, entrepreneur, and Creator of the HydroCore Water Bag. I was excited to connect with Maurizio because of his 25+ years of experience with unconventional fitness training, and how he came up with the idea to create the hydrocore. The hydrocore water bag is a great tool, it is very versatile and super effective for full body training. The flowing water adds a great dynamic to each movement by forcing your stabilizing muscles to further engage. The bag is so fun to work with and teaches your body where your imbalances are and forces you to correct yourself.
