32 min - Its Right in Front of You
Send us Fan Mail
Hey Friends! In my first live episode EVER, I want to share with you all that they way to get to what you want to achieve is by putting your focus daily on what's "right in front of you." We tend to think that success comes when we focus on the goal that we want to achieve, but honestly its that very thought that sometimes overwhelms us and makes us anxious. Today we are focusing on what we need to know about the space in between where we are and where we want to be. First thing you have to do is commit to the work in that grey area. Well, I'll meet yall in the middle!! I love you!

39 min - Sit Down and Be Quiet (Live)
Send us Fan Mail
Friendssss! Y'all missed another live event but no worry, I gotchu. See, you keep saying what you want and you keep saying how frustrated you are that you don't know what to do next but I'm here to tell you that you need to chill out! Sit down, be quiet. Let your next steps be unveiled you. Yes, you can do it all and achieve it all but right now, you're doing waaayy too much pookie. I didn't think y'all would take my word for it alone, so I had some of my friends chime in and tell us how we can maximize and benefit from sitting down and begin quiet. They ask questions about how to get comfortable in these times when might feel like they make us weak or leave us open to the judgement of others. Babyyyy they got ME together so I know that you'll find some benefit here too!

Send us Fan Mail
[FROM THE VAULT]: Hey Friendssss! Happy New Year! So, as I am getting ready to reboot Universal Teas into something bigger and bette for 2024, I realized that I've been holding out on yall. (My bad) I have come across several episodes in the vault that I never dropped. (Don't ask me why cause idk) But here is "Produce Organically". In this episode I want you all to remember on this quest to build, grow, and expand you lives, your minds, and even your spirits that it is important to do things organically. We have to learn to take our hand off of the things and trust that all that we are destiny to have and to be will come to us..organically.

32 min - Singular Vision (Live)
Send us Fan Mail
Here's to yet another successful Universal Teas live, in-person event! In this episode me and some of my in-person guest delved into a talk about how to navigate seeing your vision through when you are thinking about who's still going to be around through the process. I get right into it with this episode by naming that many of us waste so much time worrying about who supports us that we forget to show that support and consideration for ourselves. We discuss the fact that you shouldn't be discouraged when people "don't get" what your calling is or don't believe in your vision right away. That actually means you are right on track because you are obviously the only person for the job. Dont doubt yourself, and once you get started, DONT GIVE UP FRIEND! I love you!

10 min - Bout That Action
Send us Fan Mail
In this episode, I just want to remind you that when it comes to what you want to get out of this life you have to stop play and be BOUT THAT ACTION! Its one thing to want to be better, or to plan to do better, but where many people get lost on the journey to success is that they fail to put in the work. There is something IN you that you cant stop thinking about and that you've even envisioned yourself fulfilling. DO it! Just as bad as you want something you have to be ready to work for it just as much! Are you ready for that?

About Universal Teas
From the publisher's feed
This podcast was created because your host, Toya realized that when we go through things in life that knock us off of our square we tend to withdraw ourselves; thinking that we’re going through a…
struggle that no one can understand. When in reality, there are so many people who share our experiences. Dealing with the ebs and flows of life stretch across lines of race, gender, age, and even time. But my goal is to reassure you that just how our struggles can be universal, so can our strength. But we’re never too serious to share some “tea”, laughs, and crazy and light stories. That’s why I’m here, that’s why you’ll join the family. Universal Teas; the People’s Podcast.
