Friends!!!! In this episode, I want you all to remember to be cautious and critical of all of the things you all surround yourselves with in this phase of your growth. The word Proceed  literally means to go forth with the next inevitable step in your life after reaching a certain point. In other words, you have no choice but to grow and change but,  its just up to you to make sure you're in charge of what that looks like. To do this, I suggest that you be cautious of the things you allow into your physical space, your mental space, and all the things that you consume. Never forget, if you sit in a room with 6 billionaires, you'll become the 7th. But if you sit in a room with 6 fools... you know the rest.  Make sure you are always positively proceeding. Love you friend!

In this episode, Toya lets us know that its time to move onward and forward. That progress. If you are ready to grow into who you want to be, you have to PLAN to take very clear steps to get there. If you're choosing to move on from what you've known, you have to be ready for everything around you to change as well. The people, the actions, the mentality, and the places you allow yourself to spend time in. In order to make substantial progress you have to write your plans down, work HARD at them, and repeat. You're definitely on your way friend!

In this episode, Toya rolls out the theme of Universal Teas for  2023 which is the "4 Quarters of FOCUS." She explains what's been going on in her life to get her to this concepts of focus being her core value for this year. She breaks down the year into four words that encompass a meaning and purpose for each phase of the year. She explains how in 2023 we have to intentionally create a PLAN that we can confidently PROCEED to execute even when times get hard; that will allow us to PRODUCE the best lives for ourselves. There's a thin line between "grace" and "goofy". In this episode Toya talks about all about the concept giving grace. She unpacks why its so easy for us to give others grace (even when the don't deserve it)  and so difficult for us to extend grace to ourselves on a regular. She lets us know that its important for us to create an "Emergency Grace Plan" to pull out and practice whenever we find ourselves in a mental jam.
