Are you constantly running your days juggling many things, working on a lot of ideas, but never really getting things done? Worse, you end up exhausted at the end of each day to the point of giving up. Productivity and efficiency are everyday struggles for entrepreneurs. Getting more things done can be a real challenge, especially when you don't have systems and processes in place. It is not a question of how much time a day you spend working on something. Sometimes, you get more things done in an hour compared to a day in which you’ve been trying to work for more than eight hours.

Free yourself from overwhelm and focus on the things that matter most. Easier said than done. In today's episode, Bob shares two powerful tools he uses to organize his days and allow him to manage 4 to 5 ongoing projects at the same time. • The Missing Piece of the Puzzle in Entrepreneurship

This week on Unleashing Greatness, Bob welcomes Dan Holguin, an ultra athlete and fitness coach, writer, transformational speaker, and entrepreneur. Dan has quite a story to tell. Before coaching high performers around the world and competing on NBC's American Ninja Warrior, he was deeply lost after finding his longtime coach/mentor lifeless in bed. That was probably the darkest moment in his life. He hit rock bottom. Then a friend presented him with an opportunity to regain control of his life, and in that moment, Dan took a leap of faith and massive action to make a change for the better.

He started trail running, eating better, smiling more, and found peace while spending time in Montana's Glacier National Park. Dan did more than bounce back. He built a wildly successful fitness coaching business helping people regain balance in their health and lifestyle by focusing on eight key elements which he outlines in his book Peak Performance Past 30.

“I choose to lead from the front. I'm not going to ask clients to do anything that I wouldn't do myself.”

    - Dan Holguin
