Kyle Watson and the other cast members had to fight their way onto season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter.  On their first night together everyone was getting along and having a great time. The next day they picked teams and everything changed. John Danaher one of the coaches that season said something like it was all us, until there was a them.

On this Takeaway, Thomas and Gary discuss the Us vs Them mentality and how maybe having a different approach, a more inclusive and communal  one, may benefit everyone in the long run.
