Heidi Peters is the Owner and President of RDH Insurance and runs a confident wealth practice for women. Her clients are amazing, smart, women who spend most of their time caring for others and often neglect their own needs.  Finances, however for women have hanged, becoming a priority, but the lack of knowledge and time has created tremendous fear and anxiety.  Women want to be heard and listened to and want someone who understands their challenges.  They want to be guided to financial confidence.  And what’s really amazing is that it doesn’t matter if her clients are a stay at home mom, career woman, or a retiree they all worry:  Will I need to go on a budget? Will I run out of money? And how do I get started? Heidi connects with their story, their fears, their concerns, and shares her own solutions that have changed her life.  Heidi was born into a dry land, farm, family in Montana.  Money was scarce to none, and although it was never discussed, it was always felt.  The stress, shame, burden, was always present.  Heidi wanted something different for her children and for herself.  Taught by a mentor, that money is a tool, just as a hammer is a tool, money can create or it can destroy.  Mastering the use of the tool can lead to a successful life and Heidi wants others to have a space and opportunity to learn and become financially confident in building their own dreams.
