Nicolas Hernandez is a Senior Cheif (E-8) in the US NAVY, meaning he is technically top 3% in ALL enlisted ranks in the military. He has spent 16 years in the military and has lead a team of soliders both in overseas tours in the Middle East and on the home front. He is a Military Police, Firearms instructor, Defensive Tactics instructor and a Certified Physical Trainer with the military. 

He was also an entrepreneur who has successfully owned and operated a landscaping business for 5 years so he knows how to apply these leadership tactics in the business world as well.  He is also a Police Officer and apart of the SWAT team in South Florida. You guys are going to dig this epsiode with MAC Hernandez.
