Lawlessness!Lawlessness also abounds in New Mexico as Governor Grisham made a very unconstitutional executive order suspending the 2nd Amendment in an attack upon the New Mexico Constitution and the US Constitution. She used the guise of a public health emergency to ban the right to carry firearms for most citizens within the city of Albuquerque. The ban is for a 30-day period, though the Governor is considering making it longer. Yesterday, Gun Owners of America secured a temporary restraining order against the Governor's ban on concealed carry.

Most of us attend church each week with no threat of reprisal. This is not the case in other parts of the world. In recent weeks, Muslim mobs in Pakistan have attacked churches and Christian homes were set on fire. Thousands of Christian families were forced to evacuate including the guest on this Crosstalk. Joining Jim to bring more details on what's taking place in Pakistan, Crosstalk welcomed Pastor Shahid Kaleem. Pastor Kaleem is the founder and Chairman of Christian Literature & Translation Ministry in Pakistan. He's been partnering for several years with Bible Tracts, Inc. for effective ministry of Bible tract and Bible distribution ministry in Pakistan.Pastor Kaleem began by noting that Pakistan is the fifth largest nation in the world by population and the second most populous Muslim nation in the world. Because 90% of the population is Muslim, the Christians that live there don't have Bibles in their homes.In addition to the Muslim population, many people believe in numerous gods and are idol worshipers. Pastor Kaleem and his Christian Literature & Translation Ministry are able to reach such individuals in village after village with the Gospel of Christ via tracts, the Gospel of John, the New Testament and Bibles. The many Muslims in Pakistan believe in Allah and the Day of Judgment so many are curious about life after death. That's why many people want to read the Bible, even though they believe the Bible has been changed.In August, Muslims attacked Christians in Faisalabad over allegations of blasphemy. More than 33 churches and over 300 homes were burned, while things like money and jewelry were looted.

There's another globalist effort afoot that this time is attempting to lure cities from across the nation and around the world. It involves tenets of Agenda 2030. It's coming from a group known as C40, a self described global network of nearly 100 mayors from the world's leading cities that are united in action to confront the climate crisis.Joining Jim to look at this new chapter of the climate change agenda was Alex Newman. Alex is an award-winning international freelance journalist, author, researcher, educator and consultant. He is senior editor for The New American. He is co-author of Crimes of the Educators and author of Deep State: The Invisible Government Behind the Scenes. He's founder of Liberty Sentinel.Alex described the C40 as a coalition of city governments and mayors that are trying to bring the global warming policy agenda down to the city level. He first came across it when Donald Trump announced he was going to leave the Paris Agreement in 2018. Eventually city and state governments and corporations from across the U.S. came together at a U.N. climate summit that immediately followed and said that they were going to do what the Paris climate agreement would have required the U.S. to do. They were going to do it without the federal government getting involved. Large numbers of cities across the globe have now been recruited and they are trying to impose authoritarian policies that would micro-manage our lives, businesses, economy and families under the guise of saving us from climate change. Worse yet, cities have been doing this "under the radar" without consulting taxpayers and they're gaining momentum very quickly.

22 years ago today, Islamic terrorists struck America, claiming the lives of 2,977 individuals. It was the deadliest attack on U.S. soil. In New York City, 2,753 people died, 343 of them were firefighters. The Pentagon death toll was 184 while the death toll of those who perished outside Shanksville, Pennsylvania, was 40.The Qur'an declares that Jews and Christians are infidels. Followers of Islam are told to perform jihad against the infidels and hypocrites and to be harsh with them and that their abode will be in hell.Who would have thought that school districts now provide halal dietary options for students. Who would have thought that just 2 weeks ago, President Biden did not declare Islam a terrorist threat. Instead, he indicated that the U.S. intelligence community has determined that domestic terrorism, rooted in white supremacy, is the greatest terrorism threat we face. Returning to Crosstalk to bring analysis on 9/11, specifically related to the lessons we haven't learned, was Shahram Hadian. Shahram is a former Muslim from Iran who came to the states in 1978 and committed his life to Jesus Christ. Shahram started the Truth in Love Project and is the founding pastor of Truth in Love Ministry. Shahram exposes the true goal of Islam and the threat of Sharia in America. Shahram believes we're not at the point where 9/11 has been forgotten. Instead, the history has been re-written. The victims have been made out to be the perpetrators and vice-versa. Today we live in a world where we're told it's Muslims who are being persecuted and must be protected. It's to the point where Islam, that attacked us, is controlling much of the narrative.

At least 2 Tesla vehicles ignited after being contaminated by salt water from storm surge according to ABC's Tampa Bay affiliate.--21 electric vehicles are known to have burned in connection to flooding from hurricane Ian in Florida and the Carolinas last year. --An electric vehicle abruptly stopped in the middle of a busy road near Salisbury, England, and remained immovable for most of the day causing a 9 hour traffic bottleneck.--The Biden administration is making up to 12 billion dollars available for automakers to retrofit their facilities to make electric vehicles and hybrids.--Saudi Arabia and Russia prolonged their unilateral oil supply curbs by another 3 months, a more aggressive move than traders had been expecting as the OPEC+ members seek to support a fragile global market.--In a major setback to U.S. energy production, the Biden administration confirmed plans to cancel oil and gas leases in an Alaskan federal wildlife refuge that were awarded to a state agency.--Gas prices hit the highest level for early September in over a decade.--The Biden administration quietly reversed a Trump era regulation by moving to ban the transport of liquefied natural gas by rail system.

Throughout history there are examples of oppression against mankind. In each of these situations there are those who didn't want to create waves. Yet others stood for their cause and impacted the lives of many for the better. One example would be the Revolutionary War and those who plead their lives, fortunes and sacred honor. Today we see similar examples. There's Child Evangelism Fellowship who've been told they can't be given access to students and classrooms due to separation of church and state. In one such instance they stood up and it went all the way to the Supreme Court. The result is that it was found that CEF has a right to access public schools for their after school clubs. Now imagine if CEF had consented to the cries of those who misrepresent the separation of church and state. In that case, the Gospel would have been silenced. However, as a result of their taking a stand for Christ, young people all across America are hearing the Gospel.To highlight this issue, Crosstalk welcomed William Federer, a nationally known speaker, historian, author, and president of Amerisearch, Inc. He's the speaker on The American Minute daily broadcast. He's authored numerous books.He began by defining the Rule of Tacit Admission. It's in Blacks Law Dictionary. It's an admission reasonably inferable from a party's failure to act or speak. In real estate it's called "squatter's rights." So if someone moves onto your property/land and you remain silent and let them live there, it's known as "adverse possession." In this case the "squatter" actually gains control of the property because of your silence.

While many would like to put COVID on the ash heap of history, there are colleges, universities and even some businesses that have reinstated mask mandates and others that are forcing shot mandates. Speaking of shots, President Biden is requesting congressional funding for a new COVID shot with recommendations that everyone gets it, including those who've had it before. Are these signs that we're headed toward COVID 2.0?Returning to Crosstalk to answer that question was Twila Brase. Twila is the president and co-founder of Citizens' Council for Health Freedom, a national patient-centered, privacy-focused, free-market policy organization to support health care choices, individualized patient care and medical and genetic privacy. Jim began the broadcast with an audio clip from Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre who communicated that vaccination remains the safest protection against hospitalization and death. Twila disagrees. She indicated that there's guessing that takes place as to what strain of COVID we'll have and how it changes by the time a vaccine is released. Jim mentioned how Jill Biden has received two doses of the COVID shot, is double boosted and is experiencing her second bout with COVID. That would seem to confirm what Twila noted from the Cleveland Clinic that the more COVID shots you get, the higher the risk for getting COVID. It's because of what she believes COVID does to a person's immune system. It makes it more difficult for your body to fight COVID because of how the vaccine impacts your immune system.Next was news that the CDC has stopped accepting adverse reaction reports, just as the new vaccine is being pushed.

This is the same Hunter Biden who just a few months ago claimed he had no money when he appeared in court in May in a child support case concerning the child Hunter and his father spent four years refusing to acknowledge.
