Vicente Fox Quesada (@vicentefoxq) is a Mexican businessman and politician who served as the President of Mexico from 2000 to 2006. He was the first president in over 70 years who was not a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), which had held a virtual monopoly on power in Mexico since the 1920s. As president, Fox pursued a number of economic and political reforms, including measures to reduce corruption, improve the country's infrastructure, and increase access to education.
He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 1964 and later studied business administration in the United States. He worked for the Coca-Cola Company for more than 20 years, starting from the bottom and rising to the position of President of Coca-Cola Mexico and Latin America.
Fox has remained active in public life, speaking out on a variety of issues and writing books about his experiences as president and his vision for the future of Mexico.
