Ben Swift should have been in France right now, battling the weather and the best riders in the world on a brutal stage two at the Tour.

But, alas, a shoulder fracture and subsequent illness ruled 'Swifty' out of INEOS' Tour selection, so Luke called him up to get his expert thoughts on the pod.

Today's late climbs lived up to the hype - and while the favourites battled it out up front, we were delighted to see G hanging tough behind.
