Virgo Season episodes

  • Neva Woulda Paid It

This week on Virgo Season, we’re knee-deep in nonsense—both figuratively and… well, you’ll see.
Joyhdae’s fur baby survives surgery (barely forgiving her), and Ryan’s health spiral leads to a surprisingly wholesome doctor visit—until his therapist ghosts him. From there, things get murky. A very messy Reddit post has us wondering if love really is blind… and nose-blind. Let’s just say someone’s husband is doing way too much… or not enough… in the bathroom department.
Meanwhile, influencer Gabby Fe reveals she made an “emergency deposit” at Trinidad Carnival—and let’s just say it wasn’t at the bank. The internet reacted accordingly, and we break down what happens when TMI meets sacred ground.
    Also this episode:
    • Trump’s team accidentally leaks war plans in a Signal group chat because apparently, national security is just vibes now.
    • Marvin Sapp shuts the church doors and demands donations like it’s a sanctified stick-up.
    • Yolanda Saldívar is staying right where   she is—and we talk about why that’s probably for the best.
    • Ashton Hall’s 6-hour morning routine has Saratoga Spring’s water sales booming, but did he secure a bag or just lose his apartment?
We also dig into influencer culture, social media money moves, and the true cost of being chronically online. Oh—and a long time listener has words for Ryan about “This or That,” and she did not hold back.

  • It's Our Virgo-Versary!

Three years of Virgo Season and somehow, y’all keep coming back. In this milestone episode, Joyhdae and Ryan reflect, roast, and raise the chaos level like only they can.
    This week:
    • A fresh round of “This or That” that exposes way too much about both of them. (Yes, we revisit the sock-shoe madness.)
    • Joyhdae tells a story so scintillating, Ryan thinks she should have taken with her to the grave. Trust, you’ll know it when you hear it.
    • The Breakfast Club is in shambles: Jess Hilarious vs Loren LaRosa, shade, contracts, and who’s really running the show?
    • Megan Good married Jonathan Majors and the timeline is confused. We get into it.
    • Drake is suing Universal, and it’s giving sore loser energy. Did Kendrick break him?
    • Sherri Shepherd vs. Megan Thee Stallion sparks a conversation about image, respectability, and auntie energy.
    • Eric Adams relives his “Far Rockaway shorty” days, and we’re wondering what exactly he’s doing as mayor.
    • And Kanye… is Kanye. Again. And we are officially done with him.

  • No Notes

This week, we’re throwing the script out the window—literally. No notes, no structure, just pure Virgo chaos. Ryan starts the episode having a full conversation with himself (a new low? Or peak efficiency?), while Joyhdae questions her entire childhood over a very questionable playground chant.
We also dive into the latest mess: Dawn Robinson of En Vogue is living in her car, but apparently, it’s by choice (??), Iman Shumpert fumbled the bag and the mansion, and Yandy Smith might be the new face of “stand by your man” no matter how many DMs he’s in. Meanwhile, R. Kelly is making remixes from prison, and Doechii just delivered the collab we didn’t know we needed with Tatyana Ali.
Oh, and we debut a brand new segment—Jasmine’s Corner—where we hit Joyhdae with some rapid-fire questions, including which sitcom mom she’d be and what NYC restaurant she’d bring back from the dead. Plus, we wrap things up with some of the most out-of-pocket dad (and auntie) jokes yet.
Tap in for the mess, stay for the laughs, and as always, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe!

  • Uncle Philosophy

New Episode Alert! We’re back with another chaotic ride through the week’s biggest stories—plus a few unhinged tangents (as always).
Ryan kicks things off with a joke that’s either genius or criminally bad. Joyhdae barely survives. But then, she introduces a new segment, Food for Thought, where she drops some bizarre (and slightly disturbing) facts that will have you questioning everything.
Plastic Surgery & Brutal Honesty? A husband tells his wife the truth about her post-surgery look, and the internet is divided. Would you want honesty or silence?
Iman Shumpert Can’t Let Go? Teyana Taylor’s rumored new relationship has her ex in his feelings. Meanwhile, Ryan puts Joyhdae on the spot about her own love life. Will she finally take dating seriously in 2025, or is her “mystery husband” still lost in the universe?
Jay-Z vs. A Lawyer Who Might Regret Everything Hov is taking legal action, and things are getting messy. But does his swift response help his case—or just add fuel to the fire?
Fyre Festival 2… But Make It Even More Fraudulent Billy McFarland is back at it, selling tickets to a festival that doesn’t even have land to stand on. Who’s actually buying into this?!
Mind-Bending Debates & Unpopular Opinions Ryan brings a deep question that will have you rethinking reality itself, while Joyhdae’s take on a moral dilemma might surprise you.
And, of course, we end with some top-tier ridiculousness—featuring a dad joke that might get Ryan canceled and an AITA scenario that has us questioning everything about relationships.
We want to hear from you! Would you rather hear the truth about your looks or live in blissful ignorance? What’s your take on Fyre Festival 2? And do you believe in love at first sight… at Walgreens?  Sound off in the comments!

  • Knee Grow, Please...

With Black History Month coming to an end, why not close it out by diving into white shenanigans? This week, we’re talking white-on-white crime, political scams, AI boyfriends, and why New York is officially out of pocket.
Before we get into the madness, Ryan kicks things off with some deep thoughts, while Joyhdae shares an unfortunate encounter with NYC’s lack of human decency. Then we dive into the real chaos:
    Topics We Cover:
    • White-on-White Crime: Bhad Bhabie vs. Alabama Barker – Two white girls beefing over rap careers nobody asked for. Is this real hip-hop or just cosplay gone too far?
    • Trump’s “Gold Card” Visa Scam – A $5 million VIP pass to U.S. citizenship? The rich get richer while everyday immigrants get left behind.
    • Congress’ Budget Cuts – The House just passed a plan slashing $880 billion from Medicaid, food assistance, and education. Who’s really getting screwed? (Spoiler: It’s not the 1%.)
    • Eric Adams Thinks He’s Jesus – NYC’s mayor is calling his critics “Negroes” and comparing himself to the Messiah. Are we in the Twilight Zone?
    • AI Boyfriend Madness – A married woman has fallen in love with her ChatGPT boyfriend and her real husband is just chilling. Are we really replacing human relationships with robots?
    • Fyre Festival 2.0 – Billy McFarland is back with another luxury scam. Who’s dumb enough to buy in this time?
And of course, we close it out with some classic dad jokes—because no matter how chaotic the world gets, bad puns always make it better.
Join the conversation: What’s the craziest topic this week? Are we really letting AI steal relationships? And is NYC’s mayor okay??

Kim K vs. The Critics: North West’s Singing Moment
We share our thoughts on Kim Kardashian’s clapback over criticism of North West’s performance. Is it true talent or just another nepo baby moment?

  • Got 'Em!

Hey fam! Welcome back to Virgo Season! Ryan and Joyhdae are here with all the latest tea, diving deep into the hottest topics in pop culture, politics, and entertainment. Get your snacks, settle in, and let’s get into it!
Story Time: Love & Unexpected Plot Twists
Joyhdae starts the episode off with a personal throwback—one that’s got all the drama of a high school rom-com… with an unexpected twist. She takes us down memory lane, sharing the time she shot her shot, only to realize things weren’t quite what they seemed. Ryan, of course, is here to add his two cents (and maybe a little shade).
One Gotta Go: The 2017 Rap Edition
It’s time for another round of “One Gotta Go!” The 2017 version. Kendrick? Drake? Chance the Rapper? Who’s getting the boot? Things get real when Nas, Jay-Z, and Andre 3000 are up for debate, and let’s just say some of y’all might be in your feelings over these choices. The Wu-Tang Clan debate gets heated, and we find out just how deep the Virgo loyalty runs.
    Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Masterpiece
Y’all, Kendrick didn’t just perform at the Super Bowl—he made a statement. Ryan and Joyhdae break down every layer of the performance, from the symbolism of the American flag made of Black men to the devious grin Kendrick threw after his “Hey Drake” line. Serena Williams crip-walking? A stadium full of people screaming “A minor”? The NFL really let this happen? We get into the genius behind it all.
Eric Adams & The Disappearing Corruption Charges
New York’s mayor has been moving real funny. Ryan and Joyhdae go off about the corruption allegations, the quiet dismissal of the charges, and the not-so-secret relationship between Eric Adams and a certain orange-tinted politician.
    Elon Musk’s Son Had TIME
When even Elon Musk’s own son is calling him out, you know it’s bad. During a public appearance, young X Æ A-12 (or whatever we’re calling him these days) was caught on a hot mic saying what we’ve all been thinking: “You’re not the president, and you need to go away.” The Virgo Season crew breaks down this hilarious moment and why Musk has been parading his kid around as a PR shield.
The Onijah Saga: From Pakistan to Dubai… to Jail?
Onijah went from wildin’ on the internet to locked up in Dubai. Joyhdae and Ryan discuss how this internet drama spiraled into an international arrest and why some folks should really think twice before acting up in certain countries.
The Big Seat Debate & Lyft Drama
Remember the viral Lyft situation? Well, the conversation took a turn when the passenger in question asked for a bigger chair while on The Breakfast Club. Ryan and Joyhdae break down the irony and why this whole saga might not be playing out the way she hoped.
Michael B. Jordan, Jonathan Majors & Why He Should’ve Just Sat This One Out
Michael B. Jordan had some thoughts about Jonathan Majors and resilience… and let’s just say, he should’ve kept it cute and moved on. Joyhdae gives her very personal response.
And...You already know the show wouldn’t be complete without some wild jokes.

TikTok’s 20-minute outage sent influencers into full panic mode. Ryan and Joyhdae discuss why TikTok is the pettiest Virgo, and the hilarious confessions that came out during the chaos.

    Elon Musk’s Nazi Salute Controversy:

Musk’s on-stage gesture following a Trump celebration drew comparisons to Nazi salutes. The backlash? Loud. The defense? Laughable. Ryan and Joyhdae unpack the video, the spin attempts, and why Musk’s antics are predictable at this point.

Trump’s First 5 Days Back in Office:
Day 1: Pardoning 1,500 January 6th offenders (and one of them is already back in jail).
Day 3: Defunding the CDC and pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement—because who needs science?
Day 5: Renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. Yes, you read that right.

    Sexyy Red vs. Bernice King:

Sexyy Red posted an AI-generated picture of herself and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in a club, and Bernice King shut her down politely but firmly. The internet watched as Sexyy Red deleted the post, apologized, and learned a lesson in respecting legacies.

    Nelly Performs for Trump?!:

Performing at Trump’s Liberty Inaugural Ball was not the move. Nelly is facing backlash, and Kelly Rowland reportedly told him, “Keep Dilemma out of this mess.” Ryan and Joyhdae break down why Nelly’s mid-moves aren’t helping his career.
