Vision Boards. New Year's Resolutions. Monthly Goals. There's a lot of different ways to manifest the life you want to live, but in today's episode Britany offers up an alternative way to set goals for those of us in our mid to late 30s and beyond (aka those of us who don't have hours of free time to teach ourselves Spanish or how to knit). 

Britany reflects on the last time she did this goal setting exercise in 2020 and realizes she's not only accomplished everything on the list, but she's read to start a new one. 

This episode is about building a vision board for a life appropriate for your current phase of life - without time limits or pressure to accomplish it all perfectly or have all the answers right now. It's about believing in your vision (board) even if you don't know exactly how you'll make it happen.
