The first two episodes didn't truly showcase what it means to De Frag. It's not meant to be a piece of art of poetic expression. To De Frag means to listen. To speak out. To be prepared and or in a mode of exploration. You have to be real.

Zoe and I take on the subject of being a collaborator versus checking in with the idea of what is and isn't teamwork. There are questions. I want to protect the creative spirit and and heart and being part of a team that shows up part time will quickly silence the long term vision. Zoe doesn't seem to tap into that process.

You can't just show up and expect people to already be there. De Fragging your thinking allows the creative source of your energy to locate the right amount of space to develop a good thought into a well crafted work of art. It starts with de fragging the process of progress. How do we get there?
