セルフケアに対する意識の高まり、Z世代やミレニアル世代では、内向的であることを好意的に語り、外交的な人はうるさくて不愉快な人と見なす風潮が広まっていることもあり、flakingを肯定的に捉える声も少なくなりません。

現代社会が引き起こす疲労、無気力感や燃え尽き症候群、インフレによる生活苦などこのトレンドの背景にある動きにも触れながらLobsterrの二人が話しました。
