In today's episode, let's talk about the importance of not suffering through relationships when there are avenues of assistance, you can tap into. As a therapist I am biased to this advice, but even if you're not talking about couples therapy, there are always many different resources for anyone struggling with anything to get help. Relationships can be fixed even in tough times if people are willing to do the work and they reach out for help.

In today's episode, I wanna talk to you about a technique that is best for people who already can regulate themselves in arguments. If you think as soon as an argument starts, you cannot cool yourself off without taking a break. This technique might not be for you. But if you do think that you can do that and it takes a while for you to heat up then this is a great way to circumvent a long argument by giving one another a second chance.

As relationships grow, sexual consent seems less of an issue in healthy relationships. But in today's episode, I wanna make the case that even in the healthiest of relationships it is important for you to be building a mindset around consent for any level of intimacy. All longterm couples will go through various stages of life. These stages of life will bring about different levels of stress. As important a sexual connection is not always will the original level of consent stay true. If you two can keep an eye open for the changes in your relationship, you will always be able to adapt to the new levels of consent needed to enjoy intimacy harmoniously.
