Check out this sit down we had with a Registered Massage Therapists who is also an Investigator with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. At its discretion, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee may ask the Registrar to appoint an investigator to assist with the investigation of a complaint. The investigator may visit the site of the alleged incident, interview people who may have pertinent information, or meet separately with both the complainant and the RMT. Listen in as our guest gives us some insight into the investigative process and his experience working in that role.
