Make Marketing Suck Less for Expertise-Driven Solo Businesses

Want to book more speaking gigs?

Listen Later

Do you want to be speaking more? I know it’s a silly question. 99% of the entrepreneurs I talk to want to be in front of more audiences.

But how they describe what they speak on isn’t doing them any favors in the quest to book more speaking gigs.

When I ask people what they speak on, typically I get a couple of words that describe their topic and not a lot else. If you want to stand out and eliminate your competition in the speaking world (and you’re competition is all the other speakers who speak on your topic or even related topics) then you must know how to position and pitch your speaking.

Over the course of the next three podcast, I’m going to take you through my signature process to help you stand out as a speaker.  In part one, I’ll give you an overview of your Unfair Speaking Advantage as well as how to put more of YOU in every pitch and presentation you make.

You’ll learn

  • Why you need to discover your unfair speaking advantage in order to stand out
  • The 3 components that make up your unfair speaking adjectives
  • Discover the one adjective that best describes how you add value as a speaker
  • Mentioned in this Episode:
    1. Get the Discover Your Unfair Speaking Advantage blueprint
    2. Take the Fascination Advantage Assessment
    3. The Rebel Speaker Facebook Group
