So there are Cults of Youth, Cults of Wealth, Cults of Ba'al, Cults of  everything.  Well, modern society is a proverbial Death Cult.  Here is  Jacob Hanson of the Thoughtful Faith Podcast to break it down for you.

#Mormon #LatterDaySaints #kwakuel #cardonellis #braderico #Christianity #LDS    Dallas Jenkins is the creator of "The Chosen", arguably the most  spiritually influential portrayal of Jesus Christ and the Early Church  in a decade.  It's breaking all the barriers, setting all the records,  and blazing all the trails, and Dallas Jenkins, it's director, should be  out doing nothing but victory laps in churches all over North America.   Unfortunately, he isn't though... becuase a lot of people have a BIG  problem with some of the catholic, Mormon (Latter-Day Saint), and  Messianic Jewish staff involved in assorted parts of the production.  No  joke... go google "Dallas Jenkins Mormon" and you'll get thousands of  videos telling you why you shouldn't go watch "The Chosen". lololol.   It's simultaneously sad and hilarious at the same time.  So... in this  video, Dallas Jenkins sets the records straight, he pledges allegiance  to the evangelical flag, and then has a seriously fun and productive  conversation with fellow believer Cardon Ellis, the creator of Midnight  Mormons, about how to write for Jopnathan Rumie, the ethics of Christian  Film writing, and a bunch of really fun stuff in between.  Check it  out!  and then go Check out the Chosen on Netflix or BYUTV!   Visit us at: midnightmormons.com

We connected with Greg Matsen from CwicShow for a chat about the Spiral of Silence in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Greg is a great guy with some awesome insights. Will the Church's culture of silence get better? Or will it get worse? How does it feel to be a Gen-X-er in the Church? Is there a divide between the Gen-X-ers and the Boomers? And how do we ask for clarification from the Brethren while remaining stalwart in sustaining them? Great conversation with Greg Matsen.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints does well when it sticks to its guns and does the O.G. Jesus and Joseph thing ... but... when it  veers off course into "isms" like protestantism and feminism, you start getting ugly things like the culture of man-hating that exists at church.   It's time to make church manly again!.... or at least, well... fair,  and not man-hating. lol.  And who else to tell us all about it than Jonah Barnes!

There are books you must read in 2023.  The Book of Mormon, The Bible,  and "Into the Headwinds" by Nathaniel and Terryl Givens.  In this video  we interview the author Nathaniel Givens about his book and cover  everything from Jonathan Haidt, to the secularization hypothesis, to why  it's so hard to believe, to the Mandalorian.

Fascinating Conversation with a man who experiences Same-Sex Attraction, but is happily married (to a woman) and active in the LDS Church. He helps debunk the Top 3 Lies told to Latter-Day Saints experiencing Same-Sex Attraction.

A controversial topic amongst psuedoscientific anti-mormons is the  existence or non-existence of Nephi's steel bow.  "Steel didn't exist  until we, the modern suburban and college-educated man invented it!"  they can be heard crying from the rooftops of their failed academic  institutions, clutching their dogmatic degrees harder than a catholic  priest clutches the apocrypha in seminary.  Enter Jim Gee to put their  arrogant self-importance and so-called 'knowledge' out of its misery.   Lol.   That description was pretty epic... don't you think?!

In First Nephi 17:12 of the Book of Mormon, the Lord tells Nephi and his family not to cook their meat and to eat it raw and he will make it "sweet unto them".  This has always been an odd point in the story that many have not been able to explain.... until now.

Independent researcher confirms the existence of Reformed Egyptian and the practice of casting lots. Two more evidences of the authenticity of the Book of Mormon.

Everyone always wants archaeological evidence of the Bible and The Book of Mormon... well... here you go.
