Season 2, Episode #51 Not Me, But You! Podcast. Highlighting Warren Buffet's quote: If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until the day you die! What does "making money in your sleep" look like? 

1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. 2) Invest in TRUE high yield ETF's/dividend stocks/closed end funds.  3) Sell simple option contracts: cash secured puts and covered calls (options wheel strategy).  Why do these 3 things??  Two of the three will bring you CASH FLOW monthly. Most people, in life, who have "money problems" have a "cash flow problem." 

Increase your cash flow, watch your weekly/monthly budget and save "in Bitcoin" and invest. Create your own "stream of income." You can sell items online. Both physical products and digital products. You can sell memberships. There are SEVERAL ways for you to make money "with your internet connection." 

The "petro dollar" is in decline. What will eventually replace it? Probably Bitcoin which is the most fair money on the planet. Due to it's fixed supply, the value of it cannot be diluted by "money printing." Things may be priced in Bitcoin one day in our lifetimes. 

Many investors are waiting for the Fed Reserve to begin cutting interest rates this year in 2025. When this happens, the stock market and Bitcoin usually start to go up! 

What can you do with cash flow? Answer: Anything you want! That's why focussing on building cash flow is a fast track to becoming extremely wealthy. Have a brokerage account like at a platform like Charles Schwab. Have 3 types of accounts: regular brokerage with access to margin, traditional IRA, and Roth IRA. 

After you reach age 59 1/2 AND you have had your Roth IRA open for at least 5 years... you can withdraw ALL of the money and pay ZERO TAX! Buy MSTY inside your Roth.
