Self belief isn't something that you're born with, it's something you develop. It takes time to grow and yet it is much like a diamond - it requires so much pressure before the beauty is finally revealed.
On life's slippery slopes, your challenges are a call to reveal to you an inner strength and confidence that you might not have been seen unless a situation presented itself for you to act . To trust yourself to make the right choices in tough moments, will ultimately lead you to personal satisfaction, greater self belief and a life of wellbeing.
In this episode I share some of my unusual methods for developing self belief when I was lacking in confidence which are both physical and mental.
In the end the only thing that matters is that you learn to trust yourself, push your own boundaries and live a life you are deeply proud of that betters the whole.
