Now's the time we need gratitude more than ever, so we can focus on the good and all that we still have.
There's a lot of negativity in the news and social media these days, so I will do my best to keep things light, fun and positive.
One thing you can start doing besides practicing daily gratitude is to unplug.
Believe me, you don't need to be reading stories and opinions on the coronavirus every hour.
If there's something major you need to know, you'll find out about it.
Focus on the good and on what you can control.
Have a virtual happy hour with friends over video, take a hot bath with candles and jazz music, do some art or guided meditation, or go for a walk in nature.
I believe that after all of this, we will have deeper connections to our loved ones and come out of this for the better.
I'm here with you!
