Grief can make even the most straightforward steps feel like climbing a mountain. It's okay to feel lost. But remember, you're not alone; many have walked a similar path and found their way through.
Start right here. Right now. With whatever is in front of you. It's not about the whole journey. Just the next breath. The next sip of water. The next kind thought toward yourself. Each small action builds upon the last, creating a foundation for healing.
It’s important to remind yourself that movement, no matter how slow, is still progress. It’s not about speed or perfection; it’s about honoring your feelings and taking each step forward with compassion. So be gentle with yourself, embrace the process, and recognize that every little effort counts. You have the strength to move forward, one breath at a time.
