Jenna and all of her instructors are highly-trained professionals who come alongside you as you work towards becoming your best, strongest self. Meet Aalé -- a beautiful woman with a beautiful mission. Aalé works with South Asian women, inspiring them to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. Through her own personal experience with work obsessiveness, little to no sleep, and junk food addiction, she is aware of what life can look like when you let yourself go. Because of the clarity, happiness, and peace she found once she started taking care of her body and mind, she now comes alongside others, helping them find this within their own lives as well.

The holidays are meant for spending quality time with loved ones.. even if that quality time has to happen over a zoom call... As I've mentioned before, family is everything to me. My YiaYia ("yiayia" = "grandmother" in Greek) is the matriarch of our family, and I cherish her and our relationship more than I can put into words. I feel so blessed to still have all 4 of my grandparents here on earth, and I thank God for the wisdom and love they continuously pour into my life.
In this episode, my YiaYia (known as Toula to most :) ) shares stories of her childhood, her health, and her faith. YiaYia opens up about her life as the daughter of an immigrant in a broken home, both of her battles with cancer, and other various obstacles & struggles. But more importantly, she discusses the undeniable joy and hope that she's found throughout all of life's journeys made possible by a life of faith in Christ Jesus. I love my sweet YiaYia oh so much, and I know after listening to this episode, you'll love her too!
Have you ever thought negative thoughts about yourself? Have you ever looked in the mirror and hated what you saw? If you answered "yes" to either or both questions, are you simultaneously hoping to find a way to kick those toxic beliefs to the curb & start loving yourself? If so, then you're going to want to be sure you listen to this episode. Raquel Benitah preaches on the importance of self-love, a healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset no matter your size. Beauty and self-acceptance are not defined by a number on a scale or the size of your jeans. In this episode, we discuss body positivity and beauty from within. We believe that we all deserve love and acceptance, and it is our hope that you do too.
