  • How To Attract Emotionally Available Partners

The #1 pattern that women come to me with in their love lives is the pattern of attracting emotionally unavailable partners. People who aren't looking for a relationship, are working or traveling a lot, have a complicated dynamic with their ex, the list goes on and on.

When you find yourself in this dynamic (which often also means you are in an endless loop of situationships) the first step is to understand why the pattern is happening in the first place.

In this episode we will talk about emotional availability, healing our patterns, setting boundaries, and creating space for healthy love.

  • Lessons Learned From A Former Perfectionist

I spent most of my life trying to be perfect and get everything right...and then spent quite a few years working to undo that conditioning because I knew it wasn't working for me anymore. The intense "hustle" approach to life eventually led me to burnout and I knew I needed to find another way of doing things.

This episode is one of my favorite solo chats that I've done, because it's an intimate look into my former relationship with perfection, and what I learned along the way.
