Sit tight babe. It feels like we might be getting close to the end of this once-in-a-lifetime, terrifying pandemic tunnel so it’s time to shake off the fear and give ourselves permission to breathe. Not just about Covid, but any other fearful, limiting thoughts that are holding us back from happiness. And that includes releasing any judgements that keep you from seeing just how fucking awesome you already are. Like, right now. In this very moment. Despite your perceived flaws, shortcomings and every single incident you deem to have been a failure. Once you got that down (lol this practice is sometimes moment-to-moment), carry that warm and fuzzy non-judgmental vibe along with you to this week’s wisdom card Meditation: “I Dwell on Positive Thoughts”.
