  • 15 Years of Porn Addiction
Being addicted to pornography, commonly referred to as a "porn addiction," is a condition where an individual exhibits a compulsive and unhealthy dependency on pornography. This addiction can manifest as an inability to control one's consumption of explicit sexual material, leading to negative consequences in various aspects of life, including relationships, work, and personal well-being. Emmanuel found himself trapped in the relentless grip of addiction to pornography. His life had spiraled into a dark abyss, where he spent countless hours consumed by explicit images and videos, neglecting his responsibilities, and damaging his relationships with family and friends. This addiction had a stranglehold on his mind and soul, leaving him feeling empty, ashamed, and disconnected from the world around him.
This man's story serves as a reminder that, with the help of a higher power and the support of a loving community, even the most profound and challenging addictions can be overcome

  • Sexually Harassed in the Military
Guest Adreana shares what it is like being a woman in the military and the unique challenges that can occur, including the experience of sexual harassment. While significant progress has been made in recent years to address these issues, there are still obstacles that women in the military face such as gender discrimination, harassment, lack of reporting, isolation, mental health consequences, and more.
As a young woman with a military background, the decision to join the armed forces might feel like a natural progression. There's a sense of pride in following in the footsteps of family members and contributing to the defense of one's nation.
Despite these challenges, many women who grow up in a military background and serve in the armed forces exhibit incredible strength and resilience. They continue to persevere, driven by a deep sense of purpose, duty, and a commitment to breaking down barriers for future generations of women in the military.

  • Surviving Revenge P*rn
    Leah uses they/them pronouns.
CW: This episode contains descriptions of image-based sexual abuse, sucidal ideation, SH, and SA.
Image-based sexual abuse, often known as "revenge p*rn" or "non-consensual p*rnography," is a disturbing digital offense with severe implications, particularly for young people. This malicious act involves the unauthorized distribution of explicit or intimate images or videos, exploiting trust or technology to share them online without consent. Among the most vulnerable are young individuals who may lack the experience and resources to protect themselves effectively. The consequences for them can be devastating, including emotional distress, social ostracization, and suicide. Combating this issue requires legal measures, comprehensive education, and digital literacy programs, all geared towards safeguarding the well-being of our youth in the digital age.

  • Groomed Into Feederism
CW: This episode contains descriptions of CSA, SA, suicide, and ED.
Feederism is a niche subculture characterized by individuals who find sexual gratification in the act of encouraging their partners, known as "feedees," to consume excessive amounts of food, leading to weight gain. In this unique fetish, "feeders" derive pleasure from providing copious quantities of food, often fostering the deliberate expansion of their partner's body size. While some engage in feederism consensually and view it as a form of sexual expression, others find it controversial due to concerns about the health risks associated with rapid and extreme weight gain. Feederism exists as a diverse and sometimes misunderstood facet of human sexuality, with various participants embracing it for different reasons.

  • Surviving Attempted Murder-Suicide
CW: This episode contains descriptions of DV, SA, suicide, and attempted murder.
The cycle of abuse involves four stages: tension building, an explosive incident of abuse, a reconciliation or honeymoon phase, and a calm period. It's a pattern that repeats, making it difficult for victims to leave due to intermittent periods of calm and promises of change. Recognizing this pattern is essential for breaking free from abusive relationships and seeking help.
Seeking help is a vital step towards reclaiming control and building a life free from fear. Importantly, reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness, but a brave act of self-preservation. Friends, family, shelters, helplines, and professional organizations offer resources to aid victims in escaping the cycle of abuse. They provide emotional assistance, safety planning, legal guidance, and a path towards healing. Breaking the silence and seeking help can provide a lifeline towards a future marked by safety, empowerment, and renewed hope. No one deserves to endure abuse, and by seeking help, survivors take the first step towards reclaiming their lives.
