The news and mass media amplification of covid has brought challenges to all, but simultaneously opportunities too.
The quality of your life and wellbeing is dependent on your ability to focus. The mind brings more of what you pay attention to - this is the law of attraction in action.
This year more than ever, it feels as though you are either buying into the drama or creating personal peace in your own life - you may have a bit of both. Whilst you can't control everything in life (and wouldn't want to anyway) , what you can control is how you focus and think about things - such as finding the positive aspects in your own circumstances. This begins to create positive momentum in your life.
Everyone has been affected differently by covid in 2020, but it matters not what has happened, but how you view the opportunities and benefits that have also come secretly alongside it. Could it be a blessing in disguise?? There is a spiritual principle of life called the law of balance - which says there can be no loss without a gain.
However, when you look for the positive aspects of any situation day, week, month or year you'll tend to find more and more positives - this is just how the universe is set up and how you tune yourself into your natural state wellbeing .
