The nation faces a default of its debts as soon as June 1. Robert Hockett is a professor of law at Cornell University, an adjunct professor of finance at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a senior counsel at Westwood Capital. He joins host Krys Boyd to discuss the repercussions of a debt default and the political and legal maneuvers available to avoid it.
