In today's special episode, I'm reflecting on this tax season and what I really leaned into and learned. After 18 tax seasons, this was the year that I got out of my head and trusted myself in a way I'd never done before. Trusting myself involved bringing on a full-time staff member, showing up authentically when new opportunities arose, and aligning business decisions with my values. 

If you're struggling in your decision-making, I encourage you to notice where you already trust yourself and where you are outsourcing that power to something outside of you. So much magic and beauty can happen when you trust yourself.
