We'll explore how understanding profitability beyond mere revenue—considering the cash, time, and energy invested—can transform your business outcomes, the game-changing value of creating high-ticket offers early on—focusing on strategy and teaching rather than just execution—to deliver greater value to clients, and finally, the vital practice of letting go of non-serving elements, such as misaligned clients, outdated beliefs, and unprofitable services, to create space for growth and more aligned opportunities.
