The Unites States Organization of Licensed Massage Therapists (USOLMT) is a new association which our guest, Stephanie, created to help to unify Massage Therapists in the US who want to create change and better the profession. Stephanie is working to get the word out about this new association, get new members, and to talk to therapists about what changes they want to see to continue to move the profession forward. We were very excited to have Stephanie on to discuss why she decided to take on such a huge project, what her plans are for creating change, how USOLMT will be different and how she’s working to be transparent and truly do the work needed for LMTs.
