2. If you only come from the level of your mind, it is easy to make choices that are not actually aligned for you. Your mind will try to convince you that you want something you don't actually want, or that you are ok with something you are not ok with. This is what causes problems and 'jams the system' when trying to manifest.

3. Connecting with your energy is as simple as putting your hand on your heart and breathing. Bring your attention to your hand and your heart…what do you feel? What do you notice? Do this simple practice daily and watch the miracles unfold.
