On Sunday mornings I teach the heart practices, the way that we turn towards reality, what’s actually happening, and learn to cultivate skills to not suffer, to not suffer so badly.
Sangha is one of our refuges. It’s called one of the three jewels in Buddhism:
The buddha; our inner potential to awaken, to face reality and be with it
The dharma; the teachings, the way things are, this ability we all have to turn towards what is true, and face reality
The sangha, our community
