Throwing it back to 2 years ago and my prep and bikini prep days... and like every episode, I'm going to be extremely honest. While competing did give me an outlet for competition and I gained a lot from it, there was also a lot of shit I had to deal with negatively from competing. The food relationship issues, body dysmorphia, losing friends. That was part of my reality when competing so if you have any interest in competing or have a friend who is, definitely listen from someone who went through it so you know what you're in store for.
