Estee Ackerman is the first orthodox Jewish athlete to have ever tried out for the USA Olympics. The Ping Pong prodigy became known when she forfeited a match for shabbos when she was only 11 years old. Estee is a junior Olympic gold medalist and has been very successful at the US nationals and US open.
