The mistake he sees most people make is choosing only what they’re passionate about—but it may not be something the market wants to pay for or something they’re good at.

Tarina asks an important question, “How do you figure out what you’re good at?” Nic’s answer: pay attention. In other words, look for the bread crumbs.
