Over the last 10 years, I have bought and held property.
I have also renovated, built in greenfield sites, knock down and rebuilt in quality areas, built granny flats, built dual-income properties, and created Airbnb properties.
I even tried a sub-division.
With each of these different property investment strategies I've learnt lessons the hard way and can now say with confidence that two types of properties make the best investments for me personally.
1. Blue chip properties that I hold long-term close to the city or the beach.
2. Dual income properties with great cash flow that I can own outright and live off the income.
