Today we look at another United Methodist Annual Conference and how they are dealing with disaffiliation. The Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, lead by newly elected Bishop Tom Berlin, has implemented that disaffiliating churches are required to obtain potentially costly insurance policies on top of the other costs to leave the conference, which could leave some churches unable to leave.
