There's this little voice in our heads that says things like;
Have you ever had thoughts like this? You are certainly not alone!
I watched a tennis match lately that was a bold example of someone imploding due to their self doubt and critical mental chatter. It's easy to let this happen. It happens more often than we know.
If we want to break free of the doubts and insecurities we have about our abilities and capabilities we have to do some work. Get really curious about why and what we think. What is preventing us from moving forward?
Is your brain manipulating your dreams? Is is keeping you from working toward a big dream you have to lose weight, leave a relationship, or apply for a better job.
Have you spent the time to really ponder what's holding you back? The most empowering thing to do is to take your thoughts captive and work on the doubts, insecurities, resistance, and triggers that are preventing you from being your best you!
It makes life so much easier, more peaceful, and joyful when you are aware of what's tripping you up and keeping you from reaching your goals, being your best you, and going for your dreams. Don't let your current comfort prevent your future accomplishments.
