for some reason, we all got used to this idea that we should always aim to have it all and that we actually CAN have it all. in the age of multitasking and hustle culture many of us are constantly trying to “complete something”: call our parents, hang out with friends, workout, eat well, sleep enough, keep our home clean, spend time alone, quality time with your partner, and of course working. this concept of “having it all” has been on our minds lately as we’re getting ready to move and still continue to get everything else done, so let’s discuss how can we stop the pressure from getting to us.
