This week on the Ball and all Podcast, we welcome Gold Coast Titans Captain Jamal Fogarty - a man who know's a thing or two about grit and perseverance.  After almost 10 years of knocking on the door of the NRL, 2020 would be the year that he would kick it down and finish out the season as Captain of the club.

Jamal's rise to the top is a remarkable one, not just for his ability climb off the canvas after injury and being overlooked time and again but for what he has managed to pour back into the community through his work in Youth Justice.  This is a bloke who genuinely cares not just for his teammates but for the positive affect he can have on those kids who society overlooks on a daily basis.  We hope you get as much out of our chat as what we did.
