  • Introduction

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to my podcast! I’m Jen Ginty—a single mom living with Complex PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder, both stemming from childhood trauma. For years, I put off my healing journey. I was stuck in survival mode, always telling myself “not yet” when it came to facing my mental health. But there was a point when something shifted. My brain, body, and soul finally said, “Right now.” And I realized I couldn't move forward without stepping into the uncomfortable but necessary process of healing.

In this first episode, I’ll share what led me to this moment of finally saying "yes" to my own recovery and why I’m sharing this journey with you. If you’ve ever felt like you’ve been putting off your healing, I hope this podcast can help you feel seen and remind you that you’re not alone.

Have you had a moment that sparked your "Right Now"? That moment when you realized you couldn’t wait any longer to focus on an important journey in your life? Let’s share our experiences and remind each other that we’re in this together.
