Their only contributions are criticism, cynicism and fear-mongering. If you’re criticizing from a place where you’re not also putting yourself on the line, I am not interested in your feedback.”  ~ Brene Brown   In this episode, we discuss:

1) Are you in the arena, are you in your own arena? Where are you? Are you sitting in the cheap seats or are you on the floor? 

2) Are you taking advice from people on the floor with you or are they in the cheap seats? 

3) Be clear on what you value and how much stock you put in the opinions of others.
