To me, there are four different types of property investors:

1. The 'get rich quick' investor.

2. The 'retirement' investor'.

3. The 'financial freedom' investor.

4. The 'developer'.

The sooner you can figure out who you want to be and what your plan is, the sooner you can begin working towards financial freedom.
