None of us enjoy the cycle of unresolved emotions within ourselves. Most of us believe that if that if we stay busy, avoid or just pray these uncomfortable emotions away that eventually they will disappear. I have news for you, they don't! When difficult emotions or feelings in the body arise and we don't address them we get stuck in a cycle of 'Avoi-dance". Instead of doing the dance of avoidance and staying stuck, I will discuss how we got to this place, how others contributed to it, and how to change.
