When you think about the pain, trauma and grief you've experienced in your own life, could you imagine being able to heal yourself and the generations after you? That's what I am discussing today.  You can be the catalyst for healing in your family.

Many times we only tell the story of what happened to us without realizing that we are disconnected from it.  When we can tell others who are safe, what's happening IN us in the moment, based on what has happened in the past, we can move into healing.  Take a listen to understand more.

We've been discussing different Character structures over the past couple weeks.  Today I will be talking about the Character structure of Integration.  Deficiencies in this show up as a lack of capacity for negative realities.  As we dive into it today, I hope it brings YOU more aware of the places in you that may need some strengthening. 

Attachment.  What does it look like and how do you do get your attachment needs met when you grow up in a home where normal needs are dismissed? 

Today I discuss this on a deeper level, even beyond attachment styles and more as a character deficiency that can change, grow and heal.

Healing requires us to get face to face with the very parts of us we don't like.  Without that, we just won't experience the healing and wholeness we long for.  Today I will deep dive further into why we need to work towards moving into curiosity and grace with the parts of us we don't like or want others to know about so healing can take place.
