Today we're diving into the topic of therapist isolation. Rather than offer some peppy tips to make friends, I take a deeper dive into some of the reasons (in my opinion) that our field has become so isolating overall. I do have hope that we can make some radical shifts in time that make this a much more supportive, communal, and welcoming field to work in!
