Prior to becoming an independent financial advisor recruiter consultant, I worked for a decade at two of the top independent broker/dealers as a W2 employee. Until I made my own transition into independence, I never REALLY understood the gravity of the situation and how scary those first 6-12 months could feel.
After having made that transition, I can tell you that I understand, I know what you're feeling, I know that you're stressed and worried.
